It Toby’s 9th birthday a Whippet dog from Canada and he has successfully set a new record as the world’s fastest balloon-popping dog!

Toby took the title by bursting 100 balloons in a fun and exciting 36.53 seconds!

According to Toby’s owner, she and Toby have volunteered as entertainment for the community, and that Popping balloons was just one of Toby’s many talents. And that Toby has always been amazing to her and to others.
