The owner of this funny French Bulldog named Arnie seems to like communicating with his precious pooch by barking. Though they both seem to fully understand each other by barking, you could see in Arnie’s cute little face that he is trying his best to understand what his owner is trying to say and that he is trying his hardest to make his owner understand what he is trying to say.
