Have you ever heard of an Adopt-a-versary? Well, if not let us give you a brief explanation about it.  ‘

Adopt-a-versary is just like an anniversary or a birthday, but it’s to celebrate the adoption of our pets instead. The video below that you’re about to see will perfectly show the concept and how this event should be done.

Storm the adorbale Pit Bull is celebrating an Adopt-a-versary with her owner.

The video starts with a scene of people singing a happy birthday song. A message to the dog was then played starting with “Dear Storm.” The owners greet Storm a happy birthday and wish her day to be a special one.

They’ve owned Storm for about a year now, and mentioned of how they overcome may trials together.

When they decided to adopt Storm they say that they felt like Storm is a family right away and that she should have been with them sooner. They watched Storm come out of her shell. They shared a lot of experiences and made new family traditions.

AWW! What a lucky pup! We can only wish Storm a happy adopt-a-versary as well.
