(Video) This Adorable Dog Has A Turkey Best Friend, And They Can’t Stand To Be Apart!

When Blossom the turkey was rescued as a baby, she went to live in her mom’s house and immediately made friends with a dog named Minnow. These two are inseparable and oh so adorable! Watch how Blossom the turkey refused to go to a sanctuary when she grew up and insisted on playing with her favorite dog buddy all day, every day for life! Scroll down and check out the video below!

Blossom the turkey was five weeks old when she was rescued and taken to a shelter.

One of the women there named Abbie set her up in her office, but the turkey was terrified and out of place. So Abbie decided to take the Blosson the turkey home and introduced her to her dog, Minnow.

But no one expected that these two will be bff’s for life! Blossom immediately found comfort and confidence there, and Minnow even responded by leading the turkey over to her dog bed. The two bonded and immediately became best friends.

They would stare out the windows together and even play with toys together. But Blossom wasn’t supposed to stay forever.

Abbie thought Blossom would be better off on a farm with other turkeys and living the life she was born to live. But the turkey quickly became depressed and sat in the same spot for three days.

Blossom wanted to be with Minnow in her true home, so Abbie went and got her back! The two pals picked right up where they left off, being best friends and doing everything together!

AWW! Indeed love is universal, and these two are living proof of that. ?
