Norbert is a mixed breed dog, between Chihuahua, Cairn Terrier & Lhasa Apso.

He was born in California and traveled across the country to his new home with his new owner Julie in Boston. His name is inspired by the American mathematician & philosopher Norbert Wiener and Saint Norbert of Xante as well as Norbert the dragon from the Harry Potter books.

Julie his owner knew that he was a special dog from the day she met him, she noticed Norbert has a gift of making people smile just being himself. And because Norbert is a special dog with a special gift,  Julie his owner, decided that he would make an excellent therapy dog.

He was trained by Julie his owner, it wasn’t easy, but it’s so worth it, just watch this! We bet you’ll smile, he just really has this effect on people. He can make you smile in less than 90 seconds, he’s just too cute!
