Cooper the cute little Corgi puppy has very tiny legs and he seems to be a little scared of jumping into the water. But because he wants that tennis ball so bad, he runs right up to the edge of the dock and OOPS! No, he can’t do it! He then barks, hesitates and then when he finally can’t hold back anymore he pulls off the most hilarious belly flop, or we might say a Corgi flop.
