The precious pooch named Scooty in the video below was hit by a car at just a few months ago, he then struggled through therapy for him to live a normal life.

And now she’s been named the “Happiest Dog on Earth” after showing great courage to get better and has became a star online!

Scooty’s owner, said that she found the Scooty on the side of the road, dragging her legs after being hit. Scooty was then  rescued in before being adopted and now she’s livin with her loving owner in Las Vegas.

And now Scooty has achieve a sense of normalcy in her life. She can now run, play and she can even go up and down the stairs!
