Playing dead is one of the most basic tricks a pup can add to its talents. This trick is super easy, all they have to do is lay down and then the proud owner will often reward their pet with a treat. But the pup in the video below takes the playing dead trick to a whole new level! Not only will she play dead, but she will give it an extra twist that more likely deserves an Oscar award. LOL! Meet Sam (Samantha), the German Shepherd, whose best trick is  “BANG, you’re dead!”.

Of course surely most of us have already seen a lot of pups performing this famous trick, but no one does it quite like how Sam dramatically performs it.

This adorable pup adds a personal twist to this trick, first by letting out a cute howl, then spinning and falling down like it’s a slow motion, heroic death out of a dramatic scene in a movie.  You surely can’t help but giggle! This pup really does deserve an award!
