The owner of this little cutie treats Dollar as his best friend, and also stated that Dollar saved him during the darkest time in his life and has actually changed his life for the better.

Dollar was spoiled by his owner due to the fact that he needed him equally as much as Dollar needed him.

As his owner grows up he never had or have a dog as well as never have actually understood the feeling of affection and love of some dog owners shared with dogs. And afterwards all of that changed when he adopted Dollar.
